Why Send JUST LISTED POSTCARDS to My Neighbors?

Because your next door neighbor may want to buy your home???  No!  Who is the best source for "new recruits" into your neighborhood? Your neighbors. They may have friends and family who want to live in your area. And, those friends and family may often ask them, "If you hear of any homes available in your neighborhood, give me a call."  Well, I'm giving them a reason to place that call. And, who knows, your neighbor might just buy your home. That would be O.K., wouldn't it?
